1. Refund: Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a $7.95 shipping fee when you use our return label. Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a full refund.
2. Exchange: Email us at and our customer service representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange. Return the item(s) you would like to exchange within 3 days after you received the return label.
Returns must be received in new condition; unused and unworn. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
1. Items marked as final sale.
2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition. (Returns must be received in new condition; unused and unworn. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.)
4. Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
